i-D magazine celebrates 35 years with 18 supermodel covers
Kate Moss, Lara Stone and Jourdan Dunn all star on covers of the new magazine.
A birthday calls for a big celebration, and British magazine i-D hasn't scrimped on the festivities with a bonanza 18 supermodels shot for special covers for its 35th anniversary edition.
Entirely shot by photographer Alasdair McLellan, the covers feature a long list of top models including Kate Moss, Lara Stone, Freja Beha, Jourdan Dunn, Anna Ewers, Daria Werbowy, Stella Tennant and Natalie Wrestling - all pictured with the now iconic i-D magazine wink.
In addition the magazine collaborated with 11 designers who have each created their own bespoke limited edition covers - these include Karl Lagerfeld, Phoebe Philo, Riccardo Tisci and Alexander Wang - all of which will be for sale at London's Dover Street Market.

Show all 4i-D was founded in 1980 by Terry Jones the former designer and art director of British Vogue. From rather basic beginnings (it was originally hand-stapled) it evolved into one of the industries most well respected glossy magazines.
The publication was sold to Vice Media in 2012 and with founder Jones now retired it focuses on a digital presence.
The magazine hits newstands tomorrow i-d.vice.com
