Ashley Graham will make her debut in the upcoming swimwear themed issue of Sports Illustrated magazine.

The American plus size model stars in the new ad campaign for retailer swimsuitsforall.com.

The model is pictured wearing a bikini from the new Swim Sexy line with the hashtag #CurvesinBikinis.

In an accompanying video Graham is captured posing poolside in her bikini capturing the interest of male passers by.

“I know my curves are sexy and I want everyone else to know that theirs are too. There is no reason to hide and every reason to flaunt. The world is ready for more curves in bikinis,” comments Ashley Graham.

“Swimsuitsforall helps women feel confident and sexy in swimsuits and I am so thrilled to be a part of the #CurvesinBikinis campaign!”

Swimsuitsforall.com is an online retailer specialising in kitting our curvy women with stylish swimwear.

The presence of the ad campaign in the new issue of Sports Illustrated marks an encouraging move towards accepting diversity of body shapes in the fashion industry.

Graham is one of the most successful plus size models in the industry with her own lingerie line and appearances for publications including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and Love magazine under her belt.

The ad campaign will hit shelves in the upcoming issue of the magazine on February 9th.
