Print designer Orla Kiely's presentation at London Fashion Week was more of an installation - a typing pool of stylish stenographers went about their imagined duties in nostalgic knits and demure, Fifties-inspired separates.
Fresh from a successful collaboration with the Japanese megabrand Uniqlo, Kiely updated the retro patterns she is more usually known and gave her signature whimsy a more buttoned-up feel.
