Popular eatery Hop Yik Tai’s cheung fun or rice noodle rolls goes well with soy sauce, sesame sauce and sweet sauce. Expect to queue to sample its delights.

Hole in the wall tofu joint Kung Wo Dou Bun Chong specialises in soya bean products. They have pan-fried tofu snacks (tofu squares with fish paste), homemade sweet soy milk and silky smooth tofu pudding.
