Harry Styles puts stunning Los Angeles home up for sale for over £5m

Harry Styles is selling his home in Los Angeles for a hefty price tag of $8m (£5.8m), it’s been reported.

The interior of Styles’ Hollywood Hills home, which he bought in January 2016 for $6.87m (£4.97m), has a very eclectic style much like the man himself.

The master bedroom comes with an impressive view of the city skyline through 10-foot ceiling-high windows, while other parts of the house are adorned with luxurious silver tiles.

The house boasts beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and downtown Los Angeles and measures at approximately 4,400 square feet.

It features three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gym, a screening room, a swimming pool and a cabana.

The house has been listed by Hilton & Hyland, a luxury real estate company that features properties from Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and Malibu.

Justin P. Huchel, a listing agent for Hilton & Hyland, revealed last year that the former One Direction singer had purchased a new home in Manhattan.

Huchel explained to The Wall Street Journal that the price of the property has increased due to renovations that Styles made while living there in addition to there being “a very strong market” in Los Angeles.

According to Huchel, the property is particularly appealing due to its discreet location.

“There’s a premium for the privacy,” he said, which explains why a star as famous as the 24-year-old likely chose it in the first place.

Other celebrities who live in Hollywood Hills include fellow One Direction member Niall Horan, Friends actor Matthew Perry and pop queen Britney Spears.

Styles put on an impressive show as a solo performer when he performed his debut album at London’s Eventim Apollo near the end of last year.

He wowed the crowds with renditions of his new songs “Kiwi”, “Sign Of The Times” and “Sweet Creature”.

Styles celebrated his 24th birthday at the beginning of the month, with friend and former bandmate Horan tweeting: “Happy birthday Harold. Have a great day pal."
