YET another way of providing a nicotine 'fix' for smokers trying to quit has been tested by researchers in Scandinavia. The 'Nicohaler', a plastic tube with a plug impregnated with nicotine, has been developed by a Swedish company and contains about 300 'puffs'. The inhaler could triple the success rate of smokers trying to quit, according to the Journal of the American Medical Association.
