Kris Jenner denies sexual harassment in new lawsuit filed by former bodyguard

‘His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts,’ says Jenner’s lawyer

Kris Jenner has denied allegations of sexual harassment and racial discrimination in a new lawsuit filed by a former bodyguard.

According to court documents filed in Los Angeles and seen by PA News Agency, Jenner is being accused of a "pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct".

Jenner’s daughter, Kourtney Kardashian, is also listed as a defendent in the lawsuit.

Jenner’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has denied the claims in a statement to the Daily Mail.

“Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams,” he said. 

"His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him. 

"The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job. 

“Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later.”

McWilliams is thought to have worked for the Jenner family in February 2017 when he was employed by David Shield Security and Armour Protection Services. He was assigned Jenner and Kardashian as clients to look after.

His claim against Jenner, as stated in court documents, includes: “Massaging (his) neck, shoulders, arms and back without consent, causing her hand to rest on (his) thigh and groin, causing her pelvis to rub against (his) back and/or rear-end without consent or approval, causing her hands to come into contact with (his) rear-end without consent or approval," and "exposing portions of her body to Plaintiff in a lewd or suggestive manner.”

The document also lists racial discrimination, stating: “pervasive and cruel mockery, harassment, belittling, and otherwise humiliating mistreatment by defendants due to (his) race”.

McWilliams is suing Jenner and Kardashian in addition to David Shield Security and Armour Protection Services for unspecified damages, alleging sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

Singer said: "The guard never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim. Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper with the guard, nor did she do so."

McWilliams was allegedly fired in September 2018.
