Why is the most interesting aspect of Juliette Binoche playing at the Almeida Theatre (Sunday Review, 8 February) that she is doing so for only pounds 225 a week? As an actor myself (undiscovered as yet) I can answer that - she can afford to. She has made a fortune from her film work and needn't worry about her wage packet.
