OLIVER BENNETT, you are mistaken about Brighton ("I don't want to go to Brighton", Real Life, 7 June). Our "polluted" sea is usually 100 times cleaner than European Blue Flag standards and our "much anticipated seafront clean-up" has happened - pounds 3.5m-worth. We have better clubs than anywhere in London. And our "small entrepreneurs with bad ideas"? Like the first Body Shop and Virgin Records stores? Please, Oliver, never reconsider moving here. Brighton is the capital of sophistication, wit and repartee and it would be wasted on you.
