Letter: The day Derby beat Man Utd
IN HIS article "Derby's rare mix of style and guile" (Sport, 11 January), Norman Fox says that "Paulo Wanchope ... scored his goal for Derby at, of all places, Old Trafford where his team's 2-2 draw proved they had to be taken seriously. Indeed, Aex Ferguson was passing their door afterwards and was amused to hear Smith giving his team a "real roasting" for "failing" to win.
Derby actually won that game 3-2. I know the media are preoccupied with Man Utd but please give other teams credit when they do actually beat them.
