Rover has set the lowest monthly payment for the use of a new car under a US-style personal lease-purchase scheme. The special edition Metro Rio is available in the run-up to 1 August's M-registration rush for just pounds 49 a month, subject to a pounds 2,398 deposit and an annual mileage limit of 5,000.
