Kia has taken the wraps of its new small Venga, the design of which was foreshadowed by the No 3 concept car displayed by the Korean company at the Geneva Salon d'Automobile in the spring.
Of course, we won't know exactly how good the Venga is until it goes on sale here early next year, but the auguries are excellent; this new car follows the same "designed and built in Europe for Europe" recipe as the impressive Golf-sized Kia cee'd. All Vengas, whether powered by petrol or diesel, will have stop-start technology and meet the latest tough Euro 5 emissions standards.
The first chance to see the Venga in detail will come at next month's Frankfurt Motor Show.
