As well as the hottest new sports cars, new environmentally-friendly concept cars have been shown at the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show.

Chinese company BYD unveiled their new S7 SUV which is equipped with G-Hybrid technology, which can save petrol and extend battery lifetime. According to BYD's CEO Wang Chuanfu, it can save 1.5 litres of petrol per 100km.
