The Half Moon Young Peoples Theatre formally reopened at its new pounds 1m building in Stepney. The theatre has been based in the East End for more than 20 years, allowing youngsters to create performances and learn technical stagecraft. The new site has been provided by funds from the London Docklands Development Corporation and Comic Relief.
