A 97-year-old woman has had electricity installed in her own home for the first time in 67 years. Ada Copeland's only lighting came from a couple of bare bulbs on her landlord's circuit. A court order forced her landlord - who had refused to provide electricity - to install power at her home in Tufnell Park, north London.
