Southwark council is to spend pounds 215,000 to make a multi-storey car park more secure. Film Network, a cinema company, agreed to to put up its new six-screen multiplex off Rye Lane in Peckham, only if the council made the changes which will include improved lighting, patrols and alarm buttons.
