A report by the Save Waste and Prosper environmental consultancy says councils and oil producers must work together to produce a comprehensive oil- recycling service. Dumping of oil and leakage from vehicles are causing serious problems for rivers and underground aquifers. The report commends Bristol council's garage forecourt oil-recycling operation.
