Two weeks a year spent in jams
London motorists could be spending an average of an hour a day - or two weeks a year - stuck in traffic jams, according to the AA, and things are going to get worse. 'There are 500 vehicles per 1,000 people in the South East. When we reach 700 per 1,000, that's saturation point. We need more roads and better public transport.
