Your chance to win FREE tickets to the BBC Tomorrow's World Live Event

The Independent have secured over 500 tickets to see the BBC Tomorrow's World Live Event, in association with The Year of Engineering Success at the Birmingham NEC this weekend.

The BBC Tomorrow's World Live Event Theatre, in association with Microsoft, will offer a rare opportunity to see BBC 1 Tomorrow's World presenters such as Peter Snow, Philippa Forrester and Craig Doyle appear live in a staged version of Tomorrow's World and the highly successful summer series, TW Time Machine.

Big name exhibitors for '98 include Microsoft, IBM, 3Com, JVC, Royal Air Force, Rolls Royce, NatWest, Ford, Ministry of Defence, British Energy, BBC Digital Audio Broadcasting, Royal Navy and Bluebird Electric. Some of the top crowd pullers include:

l Home For Life - unveiled for the first time, a house designed for the next millennium. Based on the psychology of relaxation, it has unique oval shaped rooms.

l 3-D Body Measuring System - 3D vital statistics, see how a new laser system can produce made to measure clothes in an instant by scanning your whole body.

l Eurofighter - the RAF's controversial aircraft, due for delivery in 2002. Enjoy a sneak preview of this state of the art aircraft and test your piloting skills in the interactive cockpit.

How to enter

To secure a pair of tickets for this event on either Friday 13th or Saturday 14th February simply telephone the relevant number below, leaving your name and address. You will be advised when you phone whether you have secured a pair of tickets which you must collect on the day from the Pre Booked Ticket Booth outside Halls 7 and 8 at the Birmingham NEC.
