THE AA is offering loans for new and second-hand cars at an annual percentage rate of 16.9. Loans are available for between pounds 1,000 and pounds 10,000 over terms of between 12 and 48 months. There are no payments in the first two months. All borrowers will receive free AA membership for a year, pounds 3,000 car purchase insurance for second-hand buyers, car lock replacement cover up to pounds 250 and pounds 30 off an AA vehicle inspection.
