A SEMINAR on the finances of older women is being held at the Fifty Plus and Female conference on 8 March. The seminar - Can We Afford Our Future? - will be chaired by the Independent's money editor, Vivien Goldsmith, and starts at 10am.

The conference is being held at the Earl's Court Park Inn, 47 Lillie Road, London SW6. Tickets for the day are pounds 10 and are available on the door or in advance.
