BARCLAYS Bank has waived joining and subscription fees on its PEP schemes for investors who sign up on or before Wednesday. It is also cutting its dealing commission from pounds 15 to pounds 12.50 for investors who deal in BT, British Gas, Barclays, TSB and Abbey National shares. Details from branches or on 0800 551177.
