ALL FINAL-YEAR students who are looking for employment are eligible for the Barclays Graduate Package from Barclays Bank. The bank is making available a cheaper overdraft scheme as well as special loans for students who have a firm job offer.

The loans, to a maximum of pounds 3,000, will cover the purchase of new clothes and rent in advance and will incur an interest rate of 2.5 per cent over base (APR 8.7 per cent).
