Co-op Bank has launched a bedroom-rated home contents policy underwritten by Sun Alliance. Monthly premiums for standard cover range from about pounds 19 for a two-bed flat in central London to pounds 10.30 for a three-bedroomed house in Aberdeen, Swansea or Northampton. The over-fifties get a 10 per cent discount.
