CO-OPERATIVE Bank says rates on its Pathfinder instant access savings account will stay on a par with bank base rate for the rest of the year. The account currently pays gross interest of 5.84 per cent (4.38 per cent net), credited monthly. Customers must either make an initial deposit of pounds 5,000 or make a monthly deposit by standing order of pounds 100.
