Credit card to save on cars

A credit card that stacks up cash points to be used against the purchase of a new Vauxhall car or van is being launched in January.

The Visa or Mastercard GM card has no annual fee and charges 1.53 per cent a month, making an annual percentage rate of 19.9 per cent. Consumers get points worth 5 per cent of purchases up to pounds 500 a year or pounds 2,500 over five years. Register on 0800 565554.
