Deacon offers service insurance

Deacon Insurance Services is offering cover to flat owners to meet their service charges if they are made redundant.

For a a minimum premium of pounds 20 per flat in a block, flat owners are covered for 12 months at up to pounds 40 a month. All details can be handled by a block's managing agents.
