Waters Lunniss, the stockbroking arm of Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, has cut dealing charges. It will charge 1.6 per cent on deals of up to pounds 10,000, 0.4 per cent on deals of between pounds 10,000 and pounds 25,000 and 0.2 per cent on anything above pounds 25,000. The minimum charge is pounds 20.
