HE Foster & Cranfield is holding an auction of 70 second- hand endowment policies at 11am on 2 March, at the Connaught Rooms, Great Queen Street, London. Its 2 February sale raised pounds 1.2m, with policies fetching an average of 30 per cent above surrender values.
