FIMBRA, the regulator for independent financial advisers, has suspended Graham Adrian Apps, who traded as The Pension Workshop, in Westbury, Wiltshire because he has been charged with theft.

Frank Wavish of Frank Wavish Insurance, Plymouth, has been suspended after being convicted of mortgage fraud.
