Fleming waives overseas charge

Fleming Investment Trust Management is waiving its usual 1 per cent initial charge for investments made into the company's Overseas Investment Trust. Fleming is also offering a free share-exchange facility for investors wanting to swap quoted UK shares for shares in the trust. Minimum investment is pounds 400.
