HILL House Hammond, the insurance intermediary owned by Norwich Union, is launching a streamlined telephone quotation and sales service that will recommend the best rates from 150 policies. This follows the launch last month of Telesure, a company backed by a Lloyd's agency. The Automobile Association says it is introducing a similar scheme. Hill House Hammond Direct, 0742 742 742.
