MONEYpoundACTS, the financial listings journal, is launching three new fax listings - the monthly Commercial Mortgage Update and the weekly Savings Update and Residential Mortgage Update (both updated on Thursdays). Users of the service do not pay a subscription fee.

To use the service lift the handset of the fax machine, dial the number of the service required, press the start button when prompted and the updates come through on the fax machine. Calls cost 36p per minute at cheap rate, or 48p per minute. The fax numbers are: Commercial Mortgages - 0336 400237; Savings - 0336 400238; Residential Mortgage - 0336 400239.
