MIDLAND BANK and its subsidiary Firstdirect will sell BT shares on behalf of customers at a reduced rate of pounds 15, for sales under pounds 1,000, until 5 March. The normal fee is pounds 20. Up to four members of a family with the same surname and same address can be included on the deal.
