BARCLAYS BANK has set up a new private banking centre in London.

The Private Banking Head Office in Grosvenor Street brings together specialists from the international and domestic banking operations as well as members of the private client investment arm, BZW Portfolio Management.

The bank is planning to establish 'a small network of private banking centres throughout the UK', based on the model of the new Grosvenor Street office.
