Isis, the Independent Schools Information Service, has linked up with Bowring Financial Services to give parents a range of school fees plans. It severed its link with Claremont Savile a month ago.

The firm of independent advisers was ordered to stop trading this week by Fimbra, the city regulator, which believed it did not have sufficient funds.
