SCOTTISH Widows is launching a cash trust with no initial charge and an annual management charge of 0.5 per cent. The Scottish Widows Cash Trust will invest mainly in cash deposits in banks, building societies and local authorities. The initial gross yield is estimated at 5.385 per cent. Minimum investment is a lump sum of pounds 500 or regular monthly deposits of pounds 30.
