Barnardo's offer

Beneficial Bank is making an introductory offer of 14.9 per cent APR on its Barnardo's Visa Card, up to 9 May 1995. The normal rate is 18.9 per cent. Beneficial will donate money to Barnardo's for each new account, and every time the card is used. There is interest-free credit for up to eight weeks, and no annual fee.
