The Environmental Law Foundation has appointed its first director, Katherine Davis, former director of the West Midlands Environment Network. The foundation is a national network of lawyers, environmentalists and scientists which has handled more than 350 cases on behalf of campaigning groups and individuals on a low-fee basis.
