The New Look sale is now on, with up to 70 per cent off women's fashion in store and online. Some of the more popular items in the sale so far include a blue Lucy Lace sundress, reduced from £25 to £4, an Idol skull print vest, down from £20 to £7 and an Ibiza-themed cropped sweater, reduced from £12 to £3. The sale officially ends on Sunday 8 August but stock may not last that long, so get in quick to avoid disappointment.
Bottoms up
Marks and Spencer's annual summer wine sale is a bargain-hunter's dream, with up to 50 per cent off whites, reds, rosés and champagne in store and online. The deal is open only to members of the M&S Wine Club, although with a 50 per cent discount on membership that too is a bargain. Basic membership costs £39.99 and entitles members to 12 quality wines of their choice delivered to their door four times a year, wine tips and advice from the M&S wine expert and, obviously, the chance to take advantage of the summer sale.
Musical moments
If you're looking to pick up an Apple iPod at a discounted rate, John Lewis has an offer that may well appeal to you. Customers purchasing the highly-rated B&W Zeppelin mini iPod speaker for £299 are currently entitled to £50 off any iPod worth more than £100. The list of applicable high-end iPods is seemingly endless, but for those working to tighter budgets I would recommend either the £109 8GB Nano or the £135 16GB Nano which, when you apply the discount, can be bought for £59 or £85 respectively.
Driving deal
Finally, Virgin Experience Days is offering a Junior Audi R8 Thrill experience for just £85 online. The "thrill" is a day driving an Audi R8, below, and is open to anyone aged between 12 and 18. The discount will automatically be applied at the Virgin Experience Days website, visit http://ind.pn/d4fErS.
