TSB is making a reduction of 1 per cent on its fixed personal loans. Loans between pounds 500 and pounds 2,000 will now cost 22.9 per cent APR. Loans between pounds 2,000 and pounds 5,000 will cost 19.9 per cent and larger loans will attract a rate of 17.9 per cent.
