NATIONWIDE Building Society is offering a year's free mortgage payments (up to a maximum of pounds 300 per month) to more than 80 winners of a competition launched next week. Housebuyers will have to be accepted for a Nationwide mortgage between 4 May and 27 July. They must put down a 10 per cent deposit and take out buildings and contents insurance.
