A leading barrister has called for a public inquiry into allegations of abuse at children's homes in Clwyd, north Wales. Allan Levy QC, who chaired the Staffordshire Pindown inquiry, also demanded publication of a suppressed report on the case. The Welsh Secretary, William Hague, is expected to announce a decision later this week.
