The IRA claimed responsibility for a bomb attack on a patrol in west Belfast last night in which a soldier and a civilian suffered slight injuries. Earlier two incendiary devices went off in London - near Victoria coach station and at the Royal Mail's Mount Pleasant sorting office. Damage was minimal and no one was hurt. A third device was found at the King Edward sorting office.
