A 13-year-old boy appeared before a youth court in Derby yesterday charged with the murder of a teenager stabbed to death after a row with friends. He was remanded into the care of social services for seven days
Richard Duxbury, 16, died on Saturday from a single stab wound on the Oakwood estate, Chaddesden. Two boys, 15 and 17, appeared before magistrates charged with violent disorder and were remanded on bail for seven days. All four were local.
