Boy wins damages for tree fall

A boy who suffered brain damage when he fell out of a conker tree while trespassing has won pounds 150,000 in damages. David Dodd, now 19, was in a coma for a week after plunging 30 feet from the tree on the site near his home in Salford, Greater Manchester, eight years ago.
