Breast surgery success for girl, 12

A WOMAN yesterday praised a British surgeon who carried out a breast implant operation on her 12-year-old daughter. The woman, from Cheshire, said her daughter was a "different girl" following the successful pounds 1,000, NHS operation. The girl had a congenital defect which halted the development of one of her breasts.
