AIRLINES lost dollars 11.2bn over the past three years due to undercutting and falling business, according to Harry Tirvengadum, chairman of the International Air Transport Association. He said Europe's biggest carriers lost dollars 1.35bn in 1992, compared with dollars 1.1bn in 1991.
