KENYAN SHARES sank to a six-year low in thin trade as investors showed signs that they believed the market was still to hit the bottom.

The 20-share index dropped 8.11 points or 0.36 per cent to close at 2,2274.94, its lowest since 2 December, 1993.

"It may not have bottomed out yet. November will be a key month. The major investors are still off the market as they will not buy into a falling market," one analyst said.
