A new week, a new Visa credit card. But this one, from Tesco Personal Finance, is one of the cheapest. It has an introductory rate of 5.9 per cent (fixed to March 2000), for both purchases and balance transfers. Thereafter the rate reverts to 14.9 per cent, which undercuts most UK cards.
